Q1: What is the service life of the cement pressure board?​
A: Under normal use and maintenance conditions, the service life can reach 25–30 years for indoor use and 15–20 years for outdoor use. If the exterior wall anti-corrosion coating is well applied, the service life can be extended to more than 20 years, depending on the use environment and installation quality.​
Q2: Can the board be directly used in outdoor open environments?​
A: Absolutely. The product has extremely strong weather resistance, freeze-thaw resistant, UV resistant and corrosion resistant, making it the preferred material for outdoor exterior wall cladding, landscape buildings and open-air ceilings; it is recommended to seal the joints and treat the edges during installation to improve waterproofness.​
Q3: What is the difference between cement pressure board and calcium silicate board?​
A: The core difference lies in strength and density: cement pressure board has higher density (1.5–2.0 g/cm³) and greater strength, better load-bearing and weather resistance, more suitable for outdoor and load-bearing scenarios; calcium silicate board has lower density (1.2–1.8 g/cm³) and better flatness, more suitable for indoor partitions and ceilings. Both are Class A1 fire-resistant and moisture-proof materials.​
Q4: The board is relatively heavy, what should be noted during installation?​
A: The board has high density, and the weight of a single sheet (such as 12mm thick is about 45 kg/sheet) is greater than ordinary boards. During installation, ensure that the keel spacing meets the specifications (recommended ≤400mm), use special anti-corrosion screws for fixation, and operate with multiple people; do a good job of safety protection for high-altitude installation, and it is recommended to be installed by a professional construction team.​

A: Daily cleaning can be done by wiping surface dust and stains with clean water or neutral detergent, no special maintenance is required; avoid long-term contact with strong acidic chemicals (such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid) to prevent corrosion of the board surface; it is recommended to check the sealant of outdoor boards every 3–5 years and reapply waterproof coating if necessary.​
